A man can truly understand only another man. Same with women. This is not a limitation, this is nature.
In a mixed group other mechanisms activate. Attention shifts to dynamics between sexes instead of inner work.
In a men's circle you don't need to keep face. You can be weak. You can ask for help. Male energy amplifies male energy.
Men rarely talk about their suffering. At the retreat this changes.
You see that others carry the same things. This liberates.
Led by Sergiy and Elena — we are a couple and lead every retreat together. Both have led ceremonies in Nepal since November 2022, each with more than 100 personal ceremonies. Elena is a psychologist with a university degree, in practice since 1998.
Chronic illness. Addiction. Burnout. Loss of meaning. Anxiety.
And everything else others couldn't help with. We are the last door.
12 days. One ceremony, held in the daytime on the calendar day of the full moon. Preparation before it, integration after.
