If you have doubts

That's normal. Here's what concerns people before making the decision

What if something goes wrong during the ceremony?

Emergency help is available. Every day we measure blood pressure and glucose levels.

In four years of work and over a hundred participants, not a single serious incident. Guides are present throughout the entire process.

What if I have a psychological crisis?

A guide is with you the entire time.

Elena has 28 years in deep psychotherapy. She has seen hundreds of crisis states and knows how to guide people through them. Sergiy has been through over a hundred ceremonies himself and has guided dozens of people through this process.

Panic, fear, disorientation, all of this happens. And all of this is part of the process that the guides know how to navigate.

I'm on medication. Is this dangerous?

Some medications need to be discontinued before the retreat. Especially antidepressants.

Discontinuation happens under your doctor's supervision. We discuss this during selection and provide recommendations on timing.

How can I trust the guides?

Elena has 28 years in deep psychotherapy and transformational work. She went through healing from stage III sarcoma. She has initiation in shamanic traditions of Amazonia and Tibet.

Sergiy went through over a hundred ceremonies himself before he started guiding others. His path began with healing his own body and led to the work he does now.

This is a personal path, not a profession chosen out of curiosity. More on the Guides page.

I'm afraid of losing control of my body

During the ceremony there can be physical manifestations. Nausea, sweating, weakness. Vomiting happens, but not for everyone.

The ceremony space is prepared for this. Over a hundred people have been through this experience. The guides know how to support you.

How long does the process last? Can I stop it?

The ceremony lasts several hours. Technically you can stop, but you shouldn't.

It's like surgery. If you stop in the middle, it's worse than not starting at all. The process needs to be completed to get results. The guide is there and helps you get through.

I'm afraid of being vulnerable around strangers

The group is small, up to six people of the same sex. Everyone came with a similar request. Everyone is in an equally vulnerable position.

This creates an atmosphere of support, not judgment. Many say that the connection with the group became an unexpected gift of the retreat.

What if it doesn't work for me specifically?

Possible. We don't give guarantees.

But if you passed selection, prepared, and are ready to trust the process, chances are high. Over a hundred people have walked this path. Results on the Results page.

What if I get worse after the retreat?

The first month can be difficult. It's an adaptation period when the old is already gone but the new hasn't settled yet.

We provide 90 days of support after the retreat. Calls with the group and guide, nutrition recommendations, psychological support. Individual consultations available on request.

How do I return to normal life after such an experience?

Integration is part of the program. After the retreat you're not left alone.

Group calls help process the experience. Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations support the body. If individual work is needed, it's available.

How do I know this isn't a cult?

We don't require belief. We don't take phones. We don't isolate you from family.

You can contact loved ones at any time. Phones are prohibited during ceremonies, but between processes they're with you. You arrive, go through the program, leave. No obligations afterward.
