Yes. In four years of work, not a single serious incident.

Experienced guides are present. There's medical screening. There are contraindications we check.

Is this legal?

Yes. The retreat takes place in Nepal, where the method is completely legal.

You're not breaking any laws.

What is used in ceremonies?

Sacred plants. The method is being studied at Johns Hopkins, Imperial College London and other leading universities worldwide.

Is there a guarantee of results?

No. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

We create conditions. What happens depends on you and the forces you meet.

What if it doesn't work?

It happens. Not everyone succeeds the first time. Some need more preparation time.

If you want to try first, there's a trial day option. One day of the retreat for free. Two spots per retreat.

What if I get worse?

There can be an adaptation period. The first month may be difficult.

We provide 90 days of support after the retreat.

How long does the effect last?

For most, results persist. One participant has been living without bipolar medication for 28 months now.

But we can't guarantee this for everyone.

Where will I stay and what will I eat?

Comfortable rooms with shower and hot water. Daily cleaning, laundry service available. Everything you need is provided.

Vegetarian menu. Special diet that helps the process go more smoothly.

Confidentiality and communication?

Complete confidentiality. We don't disclose participant names, no photos without consent.

Internet and mobile service available. But we recommend minimizing contact with the outside world during the retreat.

How do I get there and what about visa?

Fly to Kathmandu. Visa is issued at the airport in 15-20 minutes.

We meet you and drive to the location. Transfer included in the cost.

Is preparation required?

Yes. At least two weeks before you need to stop alcohol, smoking, meat, coffee.

If taking medications, discontinue under doctor's supervision. After selection we'll provide full diet and recommendations.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes. Warm things for evenings, it's cool in the mountains. Climate is mild, warm during the day.

Do I need meditation experience?

No. Experience helps but isn't required.

We work with people of different preparation levels.

Can I come with my partner?

Men's and women's retreats take place at different times.

What are the contraindications?

Schizophrenia and psychosis. Severe heart disease. Epilepsy. Pregnancy.

Taking antidepressants requires discontinuation under medical supervision.

Why do I need to pay for healing?

We don't heal. We organize the process in which healing becomes possible.

Payment covers accommodation, food, team work, support for the local community. Plans include building a ceremony space, school, road, social projects in Nepal.

How much does it cost?

Cost is discussed with candidates after selection.

What's included?

11 days accommodation, meals, all ceremonies, work with guides, airport transfer.

Flights and visa paid separately.

How do I pay?

Payment details discussed after selection.

Can I get a refund?

The deposit is non-refundable. This is a serious decision.

If you're not sure, don't pay the deposit.

Can I stay in Nepal longer?

Yes. If you want to extend your stay after the retreat, we'll help with recommendations.
