A chronology of retreats and ceremonial journeys in the Himalayas, Nepal. This page is kept for the record: the dates and group sizes of journeys that have already taken place, and of those announced.
100+ participants have come through the programme. Since November 2022, 100+ ceremonies: not a single hospitalisation, not a single ambulance call, and no one has left a ceremony because they felt unwell. Medical documentation has been collected for 6 verified cases: they are in Testimonials.
